The engineering team behind your systems does not have to be in the same building. It does have to answer the phone at 9am your time.

We build custom ERP, CRM, field-service and AI systems for UAE businesses, from our engineering centre in Pune. Eight years, 730+ systems shipped, and a ninety-minute time difference that means almost all of your working day overlaps with ours.

  • You contract with us directly. No local agent, no reseller margin
  • Reverse-charge VAT means our invoice costs you nothing extra
  • Zero UAE withholding tax on cross-border service payments
  • We are not in Dubai and we do not pretend to be. We will tell you which parts of your project that helps and which it does not

A custom software partner for the UAE is an engineering team that builds and runs the systems a company's operation depends on, contracted directly and delivered from wherever the engineers are, rather than a licensed product bought through a local reseller.

The UAE market has no shortage of vendors listing Dubai on a page. What it has very little of is anyone explaining how the commercial side actually works when the engineers are not in the country: who accounts for the VAT, where the data sits, what happens to a government tender, and what you give up. That is what this page is for.

The problems we keep solving

The quote you cannot compare

Two proposals for the same brief, four times apart in price, and neither explains what the other has left out. The difference is almost always integrations, migration and the year after go-live.

Your systems stopped following the business

You opened locations, added lines, took on a contract with different reporting. The software did not follow, so the gaps were filled with spreadsheets, and now the spreadsheets are the system.

Nobody will tell you what they cannot do

Every vendor says yes. The honest constraints arrive as change requests in month five, priced individually, and by then switching costs more than staying.

COMPLIANCE

The three questions every UAE buyer asks an offshore supplier

Most vendor sites leave these to the first call. We would rather answer them here.

Under Article 48 of Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017, when a non-resident supplies services to a UAE taxable person, you account for the VAT yourself under the reverse charge mechanism. You declare 5% as output VAT and recover the same amount as input VAT in the same return, so where the service supports your taxable business activity the net cash cost is nil. We are not required to register for UAE VAT where this applies. What we need before invoicing is your TRN, and every contract we sign carries an explicit reverse-charge clause.
No. UAE withholding tax on cross-border service payments is currently 0%, and there is no registration or filing obligation attached to it. You pay the invoice in full. This is worth checking against any other offshore supplier you are comparing us with, because it is not true in every market.
This question decides your architecture, so it belongs in week one rather than week twelve. UAE health data cannot leave the country without specific regulatory approval under Federal Law No. 2 of 2019. For everything else, transfers to India run on contractual safeguards under Article 23 of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021. We have a data transfer agreement drafted and will attach it to your proposal.
Not yet, and we would rather say so than show you a badge that is not real. ISO 27001 is the practical expectation in the UAE for anything touching government or regulated operational data. We are working toward ISO 27001 and we will give you the honest status and timeline on the call.
Federal, yes. The Ministry of Finance Federal Supplier Register carries a Foreign Supplier category for companies located outside the UAE with no local branch. Dubai Government eSupply is different. It requires a UAE trade licence, a TRN and a UAE bank account, none of which we hold today. If your project routes through Dubai Government procurement we will tell you on the first call rather than the fourth.
India is UTC+5:30 and the UAE is UTC+4, a difference of ninety minutes, so the working day overlaps almost completely. Our team runs Monday to Friday to match the UAE week, with the short Friday accounted for. Escalation runs on your hours.

What we build

We build these systems, and we put them into service

The hardest part of an operational system is not writing it. It is the eight weeks after go-live, when the people who have run the operation on paper for a decade decide whether to trust it. We do that part too.

ElevatorPlus is the clearest example. We built it as a complete operating system for elevator companies, covering maintenance contracts, breakdown dispatch, technician scheduling and statutory inspection records. We also run the implementation: data migration, parallel running, technician training, and the follow-through until the old spreadsheets are switched off. It is live with more than 2,000 users across 20+ countries.

In the Middle East it runs today at EPIC ME Technical Works LLC in the United Arab Emirates, at Triolift in Saudi Arabia, and at Gulf Integrated Vertical Solutions in Bahrain. Three named companies across three GCC states, on a system built in Pune and implemented remotely.

Elevators are the industry we chose to go deepest in. The engineering underneath it - multi-site operations, dispersed field teams, contract compliance and a head office that needs one version of the truth - is the same engineering a manufacturer, a distributor or a facilities company needs.

What changes when your supplier is not in the country

Comparison of a UAE-licensed supplier, an offshore supplier and a local reseller across five commercial criteria.
UAE-licensed supplier Us, contracting from India Local reseller of an offshore team
VAT on the invoice Charged and reclaimed Reverse charge, net cash cost nil Charged and reclaimed
Withholding tax None None, currently 0% None
Federal tenders Yes Yes, Foreign Supplier category Yes
Dubai Government eSupply Yes No, requires a UAE licence Yes
Who you speak to when it breaks Their team Our engineers, directly An account manager

There are projects where a UAE-licensed supplier is simply the right answer, and Dubai Government procurement is the clearest of them. We will tell you when that is your situation.

How the engagement works

1

A 30-minute call

You bring one process. We tell you whether it is ready and whether we are the right team. A fair share of these calls end with us saying no.

2

Discovery, then a fixed-scope proposal

Named deliverables, a fixed price, a timeline you can hold us to. Discovery is not a delay, it is the cheapest part of the project.

3

Build, with weekly demos on your data

You watch the exceptions break things and get fixed while it is still cheap to fix them.

4

Implementation and year three

Migration, parallel running, training, then support under a named agreement. Shipping is the easy part.

Works with what you already run

Accounting and finance systems

Direct ledger integration, reconciliation and reporting.

WhatsApp Business API

Notifications, approvals and service updates over the channel your team already uses.

Mobile apps that work offline

Field capture that works with no connection and syncs when signal returns.

Open API and AI connectivity

MCP integration so AI agents can read and act on your system without replacing it.

Your data, controlled and audited

  • Hosting with encryption in transit and at rest
  • Role-based access control down to the field level
  • A full audit trail on every action
  • Your hosting region is confirmed in writing before onboarding, and for UAE health, banking or telecom data the system runs in-country

How we price

Questions we get asked

No. We are registered in India and we deliver from our engineering centre in Pune. We say this plainly because you will find out anyway, and because a supplier who is vague about where its people sit is usually vague about other things too. What we do have is a ninety-minute time difference, direct contracting with no reseller in between, and named clients running our systems in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

Weekly demos on your own data, from the first sprint. You see working software every week rather than a status report, and you see it running against your exceptions rather than sample records. If a week produces nothing worth demonstrating, that is a conversation we have at the time instead of at the end.

Under Article 48 of Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017, when a non-resident supplies services to a UAE taxable person, you account for the VAT yourself under the reverse charge mechanism.
