Dr. Tathed's Homeopathic Clinic Management System
Digitizing 25+ Years of Homeopathic Excellence
Digitizing 25+ Years of Homeopathic Excellence
A custom clinic management system built by Accucia Softwares a healthcare software development company based in Pune.
In one line: Accucia Softwares built a custom, multi-branch clinic management system for Dr. Tathed's Homeopathic Clinic one of Pune's most trusted homeopathy practices, led by an award-winning doctor with 25+ years of experience replacing paper records with a paperless system across reception, doctors, and admin, cutting no-shows by 60% and consultation admin time by 70%.
As Dr. Girish Tathed's practice grew to multiple branches, the systems behind it hadn't kept pace the clinic was still running on a mix of paper records and basic digital files.
Common pain points our clinic management software solved:
The clinic needed a system that preserved the warmth of homeopathic care while staying intuitive for staff of all technical comfort levels and fast enough for doctors to use mid-consultation. This pattern isn't unique to Dr. Tathed's clinic; it's the same challenge we see across established, high-volume, multi-branch medical practices searching for a reliable clinic management system in India.
Rather than hand over a generic, off-the-shelf clinic app, Accucia built a comprehensive multi-stakeholder clinic management system dedicated portals for reception, doctors, and administrators, plus a companion mobile app designed around how Dr. Tathed's clinic actually operates: registration, consultation style, follow-up rhythm, and multi-branch coordination. Each role got an interface built for its own day, not a shared generic screen.
Instant patient search by name, phone, or ID with full history on pull-up. Streamlined new-patient registration (name, age, gender, blood group, contact details, disease/condition, referral source, emergency contact, medical history notes, doctor assignment). Today's appointments shown chronologically with color-coded status (arrived / with doctor / yet to come). Reception can reschedule, mark no-shows, and trigger automated WhatsApp reminders and billing updates automatically the moment a doctor adds consulting or medicine charges.
Today's appointment list, full patient history, previous prescriptions, disease progression, family history, and allergy/medication alerts all in one view built for speed during consultations. Digital prescriptions pull from a full medicine database with dosage, duration, and instructions, and can be saved as templates for common treatments. Doctors can upload medical reports (blood tests, X-rays, scans), digitize old physical records, schedule follow-ups, add clinical notes, and track improvement levels all with charges flowing straight into the billing queue.
Analytics across all branches: patient growth trends, branch-wise distribution, referral source breakdown, new-vs-repeat ratio, gender and age demographics, disease categorization, and city-wise distribution. Appointment analytics covering daily volume, doctor-wise stats, average wait time, no-show rate, and peak hours. Financial reporting by day/week/month, branch, doctor, and payment mode (cash, card, UPI, insurance) plus a dedicated repeat-patient / retention report to see which treatments and doctors drive the strongest follow-up rates. Every report supports 20+ filters and exports to Excel or PDF, with scheduled email delivery.
Appointment confirmations and reminders, digital prescriptions with dosage instructions, follow-up notifications, medicine refill reminders, report-ready alerts, billing receipts, and clinic announcements all delivered where patients already are. This WhatsApp integration for clinics cut no-shows by 60%.
A dedicated mobile app mirroring the web portal: today's appointments with notifications, full patient history, quick prescription creation, camera integration to capture X-rays/reports/documents directly into a patient's record, clinical notes, appointment scheduling, and offline mode with sync-on-reconnect for viewing patient data without signal.
Understanding homeopathic practice specifically. Homeopathy depends on detailed patient histories and long-term treatment tracking that shaped the data model and prescription workflow from day one, not as an afterthought.
A multi-stakeholder approach. Reception, doctors, and admin each got an interface built for their actual day which is why adoption was high across all staff, not just the tech-comfortable ones.
A mobile app that matched how doctors actually move. Between consultation rooms and branches, doctors needed patient history and scan capture in their pocket, not just at a desk — camera-to-record capture removed physical file management entirely.
WhatsApp as the default channel, not an add-on. Rather than build a patient app people might not download, we met patients on the channel they already use daily which is what drove real engagement, not just feature checkboxes.
Built for easy adoption. A practice with 25+ years of established routine won't tolerate a system that fights how staff already work, so rollout was designed around minimal disruption — staff were comfortable within days.
